Well, when I try to go to the well-known blog "Underneath the Robes" (follow links from
here), I find the site is now
password protected. Normally, you do not password protect your blog. In fact, you tell anyone who will listen how to get to your blog. You say, please, please visit my blog.
So, I take this as a sign that Assistant US Attorney Lat may soon have a lot more time to devote to his formerly anonymous blog. It may just be the United States does not want one of its lawyers pretending to be a woman online while posting all sorts of interesting, and even sometimes juicy tidbits about those Article III masters of our destiny. Or not. I don't know. I speculate. Stay tuned.
