The University of Iowa Remains Committed to Goofy Political Correctness

The University of Iowa recently
cancelled a baseball game with Bradley University, because the Bradley team is known as "the Braves." The Iowa Hawkeyes (probably a reference to the Hawkeye character in James Fenimore Cooper's the Last of the Mohicans) wouldn't be caught dead on the playing field with team whose name is insensitive to Indians.
