Politically Incorrect T-Shirts

T-shirts are politically offensive and should not be allowed on properly politically cleansed campuses. Imagine, a T-shirt that says, in Arabic, "Don't Mess With Texas." That is just wrong. It is hurtful. Somebody should be spanked, very strictly indeed. I wonder if you could wear one of these in Boalt Hall, or if that would violate the First Amendment, as amended.
