Weird is right

Kerry has had a weird and not-so-good couple of weeks.
Mark Steyn does his usual unkind best to rub it in. (via realclearpolitics.com) I'm generally sympathetic to insecure displays of macho. I would love to have Kerry's motorcycle, house in Sun Vallley, and wife's fortune (though I would prefer to keep my own wife). But Steyn is right about the male insecurity thing. I wish there was some less risky way to reassure him that didn't involve the security of the nation.
