150,000 dead in Asia and growing. Time for meetings in 5 star hotels. Time for an assessment team to coordinate the assessment teams. Time to do nothing, take the credit for what the US is doing, and then say the US isn't doing anything. It's almost as cynical as stealing food out of the mouths of Iraqi children. Oh that's right.
