We are a San Diego blog, so we probably ought to tell you about the earthquake in San Diego on Tuesday. There was an earthquake in San Diego on Tuesday. I was at home, at the computer, and there was a jolt. Then it was over. The end.
End of earthquake, that is. Some day, there will be, or may be, a much bigger earthquake. Then I, my computer, my apartment house, and much or all of San Diego or southern California or the west coast of the United States may be swallowed up into the maw of the Earth. The End.
