Corporate law world update

Bernie Black is moving to UT Austin. That's a big deal for Texas and certainly does do what Brian Leiter says it does. Gossip that I am, of course, I wonder what Texas did to entice him. But whatever, it puts Texas in the top league of business law schools. Congrats to Texas.
